Biology, Part 1 (Credit Recovery)
This course is specifically designed for credit recovery purposes and is intended for students who have previously attempted and failed the corresponding course.
After learning about the scientific method, students will study life at its most basic level, the cell. Students will then use the cell as a foundation for understanding how life evolves, including a detailed discussion of DNA, genetics, and evolution. Each lesson in this course includes an interview with a professional in a career related to biology. This is the first course in a two-part Biology series.
